SHIPPING
What is the status of my order?
Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
You can also view your order status by logging into your account and checking the “Order History” section.

Can I change my order?
Orders can only be modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns:
